LATITUDE Web Strategies was started around April 2003. What first started out as a hobby grew into a realization that small businesses do not have the time or resources to develope their own websites. We are based in Columbia South Carolina and are a husband and wife team. While my wife takes care of the graphical design and layouts, I take care of everything else in between.
